This is the most important part of what I do. It’s important that I understand what would make your life easier and therefore wherever possible I like to get to know you in person, at your home.

I will ask you a variety of questions on how you use and move around your home, especially the bathroom space, and what your style preferences are.
A home visit enables me to have a better idea of the space involved and helps me to visualize what can be altered or improved to make your home works for you instead of you working around your home.

At this point, we are also happy to work with your Occupational Therapist if you have one, the input from your Occupational Therapist will make the evaluation more complete.

We are pleased to offer two optional design services which can be tailored to your individual requirements:
Design Package:
Offering technical design advice, our team will work with you to plan a room layout which maximises access within your home. We will provide detailed floor plans and elevations showing the exact location and positioning of products.
Premier Design Package:
Offering you a dedicated design team who will create a complete technical and interior design plan. We will meet with you in your home to understand your access needs and desired specifications in order to create a bespoke proposal that includes all plans, elevations, interior design finishes.
These design services are available to all clients for a fee.
Depending on your needs, the work required at your home can be as simple as installaiton of grab bars, or as extensive as a full remodelling of the house.

With the technical plan, you can engage your own desinger and contractor to do the work, if required we can be available on site for discussion with your contractor to make sure that work is done according to plan .

You can leave it to us to carry out the whole remodeling project, we work with a team of skilled contractors and will be on hand to manage the whole remodeling process from ordering materials to the monitoring of each stage of the remodeling to ensure that everything is done according to plan and specification.

Upon completion, we will be on hand to support and advise on the use of all of the different products and how to organise your furniture and storage so as to ensure accessibility in your home.
